At this early stage in the project, we have just one kit available.
Note that this is a KIT, so you must assemble this yourself which requires good soldering skills. Everything is on a 2.54mm/100MIL spacing so there are no tricky SMD devices to tackle.
The MCU is supplied pre-flashed and has been tested before dispatch. Please ALWAYS use appropriate anti-static measures so as to not destroy the MCU!
In the kit
The kit includes:
- Main PCB
- HC908KL8 MCU, mounted on a DIP adapter, and flashed with Rev 0.1 SiMON6800 software
- 9.8304mhz active oscillator (Note, these oscillators are used parts which we have tested)
- USB serial adapter
- 2 x 16-pin female header, for the MCU
- 2 x 10-pin headers, for PortA and PortB connections
- 2 x 8-pin headers, for PortD and the CTRL port
- 1 x 6-pin header for the USB serial adapter
- USB spacer assembly, screws, nut
- 1 x 3-pin male header for power selection
- 1 x 2-pin header jumper
- 2 x buttons (for INT and IRQ)
- 2 x 10K resistors
- 2 x 0.1uf capacitors
- 1 x LED
- 8 x plastic feet with 8 x screws
